Meghana is an internationally certified personal trainer, Stott Pilates instructor, and Hatha Yoga instructor, and actively participates in workshops and training programs.

She worked as a physical trainer at multiple fitness centers for three years and then with a private rehab specialist for one, working extremely hard to get better control over herself and dedicating a lot of time to studying and learning about the human body. Soon she was able to venture out on her own, creating Meg’s Workout to help other people who’d had similar experiences and needed the guidance that she didn’t have.

At the age of sixteen, Meghana met with an accident that almost took her life. After a long-drawn but miraculous recovery process, she was faced with a new challenge – rehabilitating her body and mind. For years she dealt with the unexpected, debilitating after-effects of her injuries, using horse riding, yoga, Pilates, meditation and her own exercise methods to get through the ordeal. This inspired her to enter the wellness industry, and thus began her career as a fitness instructor.

Since then she has met and trained people suffering from various problems including cervical spondylosis, muscle dystrophy, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, perimenopause, joint problems, knee problems, back problems, ankle injuries, shin splints, dislocated shoulders, shoulder impingements, strains, sprains and post-medical-rehabilitation ligament injuries.

In April 2016, she was hit by a car, which broke her hip and left her bedridden. She was prescribed 6 months of rest and told that there was a strong possibility that she may never be fully physically functional again – but with her own determination, resilience and strength, she was back to work in 4 months, stronger than ever and ready to inspire.

Her secret is simple: "do everything in moderation and just keep going."
